Once we've established the scope of your project, we move on to the next phase of our design process. This involves taking detailed measurements of your space and coordinating a trade day to ensure that all the necessary parties are involved in the project. From there, we begin sourcing materials and creating floor plans and elevations to give you a clear idea of how your new space will look. We then present our design to you, along with estimates for the cost of the work. If you approve of the design and estimates, we require a deposit and purchase agreement to move on to the next phase.

With the design finalized and the budget approved, we move on to the ordering phase. This involves placing orders for all necessary materials and coordinating lead times to ensure that everything arrives on schedule. During this phase, we also review the budget to ensure that everything stays on track. Once all the materials are ordered, construction begins and the installation period continues. We keep you updated throughout the process and inform you of any orders received.
